About the Windler Development

Windler is a master-planned community located on the eastern edge of Aurora, offering a blend of modern convenience and small-town charm. The development includes many hundreds of single family homes from multiple builders. Century Communities has built more than 130 homes across multiple collections, each with its own architectural character. Floor plans range from 1,305 to 2,365 square feet, with open-concept layouts, and flexible spaces.

Beyond its homes, Windler features 160 acres of shared amenities—parks, bike trails, community gardens, pickleball and tennis courts, a resort-style pool, and a variety of outdoor gathering spaces. These features create a living environment that feels connected, active, and distinctly Colorado.
