Located on a 7 acre site on the southwest corner of De Portola Road and Campanula Way in Temecula, this project is a healthcare senior project with two buildings, an Assisted Living Facility with Memory Care and a Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation Center. Under OSHPD jurisdiction the single story Assisted Living & Memory Care building will provide 32 living units with common areas including occupational physical therapy, living, dining and recreation activity rooms. The Skilled Nursing building will provide 60 living units with common areas including a main kitchen, occupational physical therapy, living, dining, recreation activity rooms and administration offices.
