ISE Is Excited To Connect With Future Engineers at Cal Poly’s Structural Forum 2026

ISE Structural Engineers is excited to be part of Structural Forum 2026 at Cal Poly, hosted by the SEAOC and the AEI Student Chapter—and we’re especially excited to connect with the next generation of structural engineers.

This event is all about students: learning, networking, asking real questions, and getting a clear look at what life after graduation can actually look like. We’ll be there to talk shop, share stories from the field and the office, and to give honest insight into what it’s like to grow your career at a forward-thinking structural engineering firm.

At ISE, early-career engineers don’t just “start somewhere”—they build real momentum for their career. Our team works on innovative projects including multifamily, modular and off-site construction, custom residential, and complex commercial work. New grads working with ISE will get hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one. We invest in professional development, support licensure goals, and foster a culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and having fun while doing great work.
