The Generations Healthcare, Lakeside Special Care Center is a 58 bed single-story building over slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The skilled nursing facility (HCAI) was designed with architect Gregg Maedo + Associates, Inc., built by ARCO Construction, and will be completed soon.
