The 3275 Market Street Apartments is a modular multi family apartment in San Diego, CA. The six-story modular building was a combination of site- and factory-built residence contains 265-units in the five-levels of modules over a post-tensioned podium foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project.
