The Breeze Hill Apartments is a multifamily apartment community with 88-units, plus an office, gym, community room building, and enclosed garages on site. More site amenities include a community room and pool, bocce ball quart, common area BBQ, and landscaping. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The three-story apartment building was designed with architect carrierjohnson + culture, inc., client Silvergate Development, LLC, builder Highland PM, LLC, and completed in 2015.
