The Sycamore Residence is a modular custom single family home in Healdsburg, CA. The 5,907 square foot two-story home was a combination of site- and factory-built residence designed with hillside foundations with retaining walls. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The single family custom home was designed with BAR Architects and modular factory Elevate Modular, site-built by Fidelity Builders and completed in 2021.
