The industrial building project consists of designing a stand alone 2,000 square foot steel moment frame structure to be added inside of an existing building. The project will add (17) new mechanical units to be attached to the new structure, and new pad footings for the electrical and CO2 tank. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The industrial building was designed for client Aeon Industrial Inc., with Ferrier Architecture Studio, and the structural engineering services were completed in 2019.
