The Villages at North Ridge, Senior Resource Center, is a four-story wood & steel structure over a concrete podium parking structure. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project for the existing wood framing to bring the structure up to the California Building Code requirements of the time. The senior living building was designed by architect Mithun Architects, Inc., the client was Performance Plus Engineering, and the engineering services were completed in 2008. Photos from GoogleEarth.
