The Sommers Bend Sports Park project consists of design for multiple landscape structure foundations, a covered CMU trash enclosure, a two-story wood framed consessions building, and a restroom building. Previously designed the light pole and signage footings for the various community and landscape structure areas. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The sports park was designed with architect STK Architecture, Inc., for Taylor Morrison, Inc., built by Woodside Homes, and completed in 2021.
