The Soboba Fire Station #1 is an 11,077 square-foot, three-bay apparatus, ten-person fire station. This single-story structure is located adjacent to the new Soboba Casino, bringing a significant increase in fire safety to the Soboba Indian Reservation and surrounding communities, including the Luiseno and Cahuilla people. In addition to its main structure, the Soboba Fire Station includes a 5,175 square-foot apparatus bay with roof support by custom steel trusses and a loft walkway adjacent to the apparatus bay, kitchen, offices, living quarters, and lockers. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services. The project team includes STK Architecture, Inc., built by R.C. Construction Services, and was completed in 2020.
