Seismic evaluation of unreinforced CMU 2-story Administration Building of approximately 30,000 square feet. Includes ASCE 41-17 Seismic Evaluation Report, Tier 1 Screening & Tier 2 Deficiency-Based Evaluation, & FEMA E74 – Non-Structural Components Evaluation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The seismic evaluation was contracted with client Blair, Church & Flynn Consulting Engineers, and completed in 2024.
