The Public Works Facility for Apple Valley project consists of multiple additions and renovations. The renovations consisted of HVAC and a Mezzanine to the Storage Building (Bldg A), a new roof cover for the Hazardous Waste collection area, Fuel Station cover, and various CMU walls. New additions to the Public Works Facility included a new 5,875 square foot Administration Building (Bldg A), new 6,700 square foot Vehicle Maintenance Building (Bldg C), and a new 3,500 square foot covered parking structure with PV array. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The additions and renovations were designed with architects ac-6 Architect Collaborative and Adrian Gaus Architects, Inc., built by Eberhardt Construction, Inc. and completed in 2010.
