The Protea Capital Partners, LLC, Protea Temecula II assisted living and memory care 44 unit (48 bed) in single- and two-story buildings over slab on grade foundation and retaining walls. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The Temecula, CA, senior living and memory care building was designed with Irwin Partners Architects, built by Pacific West Development, LP, and completed in 2023. Photos by Architect.
