The Nexus Vivante II senior affordable housing 4-story building of (111) apartment units of (4) plan types, over a single-level subterranean podium parking structure. The project also contains a 14,000 square-foot multipurpose building integrated with the apartment units, and additional amenity buildings including elevators, trash rooms, hvac units, equipment rooms, mail centers, boilers, laundry room, and electrical room. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The affordable senior living building was designed with architect DLR Group, and services were completed in 2017.
