The Mount San Antonio Gardens Building D three-story senior housing project contains approximately 85,000 square-feet of (53) units over a subterranean parking garage. The project also has multiple shoring and retaining walls, an exterior pavillion and fireplace, and a pedestrian bridge walkway to upper sidewalk. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The senior housing building was designed with architect Brian E. Bloom Architects, Inc., built by KAR Construction, and completed in 2024.
