The Healdsburg, CA, Winery Resort project included the design of 40 single-story hotel guestroom and residential buildings. Within the 40 buildings are 130 guestroom units. In addition to the design of guestroom buildings, the resort campus included support buildings like housekeeping, restrooms, and a child care building. The guestrooms were designed using a panelized system to expedite construction and reduce on-site construction time. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services throughout the project. The hospitality project was designed with architect Delawie Inc., built by Wright Contracting, and was completed in 2020.
