The La Mirada Theater originally opened in 1977, and has proven to be a key space for the community and love for the arts. After their recent 40 year anniversary of opening, the addition of the outdoor café to the La Mirada Theater has created opportunity for exterior gathering space and expand its amenities. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the outdoor shade structure addition and anchorage to the existing structures. The hospitality renovation project was designed with Oldham Architects, and was completed 2022.
