The Steadfast Properties, La Marea Senior Housing has 104 units in two- to three-story buildings over slab on grade foundation, retaining walls, and shoring. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The Carlsbad, CA, senior living and memory care building was designed with Irwin Partners Architects, built by W. E.
