The Zorro Trucking Building project consists of a approximately 7,750 square foot single-story building. The CMU building was designed with steel bar joist and metal deck roof and sits on top of concrete pad footings and grade beam footings as the foundation. There are two roll up garage doors to allow for the trucks to be maintenance. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project.
