The Wheeler Automotive project consists of the design for a new 21,120 square-foot concrete tilt up building over slab on grade foundation and additional 2nd floor storage and catwalk areas of 4,790 square-feet. The tilt up building has light gauge steel interior walls with a steel bar joist roof and a steel mezzanine structure. The project included a trash enclosure and site retaining walls. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The warehouse building was designed with architect Broeske Architects and Associates, Inc., built by bradCM, Inc., and completed in 2022.
