The Victorville Operations Building project consists of a 4,500 square foot single-story operations building for the Water Treatment Plant Facility. The CMU building was designed with steel bar joist roof and metal roof deck, light gauge steel studs for interior walls, all over a 5″ concrete slab and reinforced concrete footings. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The industrial building was designed with Sterling Engineering, Inc., and completed in 2010.
