The St. Marina Gymnasium Improvements project consists of renovating an approximate 10,000 square foot single-story warehouse building. The renovations include raising the roof 10 feet higher, extend walls and remove the interior columns, brace the existing concrete tilt up walls, add an 1,4000 square-foot mezzanine second floor, remodel the bathrooms, and attachments for basketball hoops and volleyball net. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The Gymnasium Warehouse Building Renovation was designed with client St. Marina Church, architect Timeless Architecture, Inc., built by Botros Construction Inc., and completed in 2019.
