The Sorenson Engineering Building U phase 1 contains the design for a new 25,000 square foot single-story industrial building with an interior mezzanine. The project will support the two phases, with the later 2nd phase adding approximately 16,200 square feet. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The industrial building phase 1 is designed with architect Adrian Gaus Architects, Inc., and is in construction.
