The Metrocell Industrial Building consists of a single-story concrete tilt-up shell 13,500 square-foot building with a two-story interior mezzanine office of 2,500 square feet, and a trash enclosure. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The industrial building was designed with architect Broeske Architects and Associates, Inc., built by Metrocell Construction, and almost completed with construction. Photos are from GoogleEarth.
