The Apple Valley Public Works Yard project contains a Public Works Facility with an HVAC & Mezzanine addition to the Storage Building (Bldg. A), new 5,875 square foot Administration Building (Bldg. B), new 6,700 square foot Vehicle Maintenance Building (Bldg. C), new 3,485 square foot covered parking structure with PV Array new roof cover for the Harzardous Waste collection area Fuel Station Cover and various CMU site walls. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The Public Works Yard buildings were designed with architect ac-6 Architect Collaborative and Adrian Gaus Architects, Inc., built by Eberhardt Construction, and completed in 2010.
