The Sierra Crest Tracts A-C multifamily development consists of (3) tracts with (4) plan types at an average of 2,750 to 3,333 square-feet for each single family home. Post-tensioned foundations designed by others. The project consisted of the multifamily community and amenity buildings. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project.
