The Perris Apartments are a community of 202 apartment units across 34 two-story buildings. In addition to the apartment units, there are a couple of garage buildings, of 4-8 bays, a recreation building, maintenance building, entry tower and gates, and many lanscape structures on site. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The multifamily apartment complex was designed with architect Jeffrey V. Riggs Architect, Inc., developer JD Pierce Company, Inc. and La Terra Development, LLC, built by Superior Construction, Inc., and completed in 2023. The photos are from GoogleEarth.
