The Peace House is a women’s shelter in Park City, UT. The project is 38,348 square-foot two-story modular structure over a site-built 4,100 square-foot parking lot for the first level over concrete slab on grade. The project has two attached stair structures and an entry roof structure. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The modular women’s shelter was designed with architect Peters + Newell P.C., Architects, built by New Star General Contractors, and completed in 2018.
