The Ortiz Plaza Farm Worker Housing project consists of four two-story modular buildings of 20 apartment units, an approximately 2,000 square-foot community center, and also a trash enclosure on site. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The modular housing project was designed with architect Hedgepeth Architects, Inc., and JL Modular, Inc., built by Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc., and completed in 2017.
