The Montrose Tract, Meritage Homes, Inc. multifamily tract in Upland, CA. The homes in the community had three design plan types, two-story homes ranging from 2,700 to 4,000 square feet. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project, besides the post-tensioned foundations designed by others. The multifamily tracts were completed in 2015.
