The Riley Apartments is a multi family apartment for the City of Lake Elsinore. The 16-unit three-story apartments are comprised of two buildings with a trellis structure over a slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project.
