The Pullman Lofts Building A + B project is a modular multi family apartment in Santa Rosa, CA. Building A is a three-story building comprised of residential 49-units, and Building B contains 22-units in two-stories over a Podium. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The Pullman Lofts Apartment buildings were designed with architect Peartree + Belli Architects, built by Precision General Commercial Contractors, and completed in 2023.
