The Pullman Lofts Building C is a modular multi-family apartment in Santa Rosa, CA, completing the trio apartment buildings with Pullman Lofts Buildings A + B. The 32-unit five-story building is a combination of site- and factory-built residence over a podium foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project.
