The Parkside Manor is a modular multifamily apartment in Salinas, CA, housing 160 units. The four-story apartments are factory- and site-built apartments over a slab on grade foundation. Across the five lots, the homes totaled 12,669 square feet. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The multifamily modular apartments were designed with architect Paul David Partnership, factory- and site-built by Guerdon, and completed in 2021.
