The Oakland Rose Four is a 9,831 square-feet apartment containing (4) three-story factory and site-built multifamily buildings. The upper two levels are factory built and set over the site-built first level and slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The modular apartment building was designed with architect CleverHomes by TobyLongDesign, has not completed construction. The render was made by the architect.
