The North Street Apartments is comprised of two modular apartment buildings of two- and three-stories over concrete stem wall foundation. The buildings contain 20 apartment units totaling 21,650 square-feet. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The modular apartment building was designed with architect Hedgepeth Architects, Inc. and JL Modular, Inc., built by Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc., and completed in 2017.
