The Rancho Mission Viejo, CA, Meritage Homes, Inc. multifamily apartment community Modena at Escencia MR5 Duplex contains duplex townhomes and four townhomes. The two-story buildings house a total of 123 units in five different plan types. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project, besides the post-tensioned foundation. The project was designed with William Hezmalhalch Architects Inc., and was completed in 2018.
