The Los Altos, CA, Residence is a 3,982 square foot two-story modular custom single family home was a combination of site- and factory-built residence over a slab on grade foundation. The house is comprised of five modules. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The single family custom home was designed with Toby Long, Architect from ch x tld (CleverHomes by TobyLongDesign), and is under construction. The render of the project is by the Architect.
