The Lake Tahoe Residence is a modular custom single family home in Lake Tahoe, CA. The 5,000 square foot two-story home was a combination of site- and factory-built residence with a site-built garage on a slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The single family custom home was designed with M Designs Architects and was completed in 2021.
