The Belmont Multifamily project is a modular five-lot three-story stacked single-family home with a two-car garage over stem wall and slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. This Los Angeles, CA, factory- and site-built housing project was designed with Noah Ornstein and Architect KRDB, built by Silver Creek Industries, Inc., and completed in 2017.
