The Bella Creek residential development creates a new affordable housing complex beside the City Hall site. The development consists of five three- and four-story buildings that include a mix of studio to three-bedroom apartments, totaling 118 units. On-site amenities include the pool, a community room, a yoga and fitness room, bicycle storage and other site structures. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The project was designed with Lowney Arch, built by M. R. Christensen Construction Inc., and was recently completed in 2022.
