The Meritage Homes, Inc. new three-story apartment community Arrow Station is located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. There are 129 Units total across the one- to four-unit apartments in the 6- to 12-Plex buildings. The project also included a 6,000 square foot community center building for the apartment inhabitants. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project besides the post-tensioned foundation. The project was designed with William Hezmalhalch Architects Inc., and was completed in 2018.
