The Alante Multi-Family project is a multi family apartment in San Diego, CA. The 50-unit six-story apartment building is a retrofit of an addition of four-stories over existing two-level parking garage. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The retrofit apartment building was designed with architect Stephen Dalton Architects, owned by Alliance Development Services, Inc., and is nearing the end of construction.
