The 2911 Adams Ave Apartments is a modular multifamily apartment in San Diego, CA, housing 72 units. The six-story apartments are factory-built units placed and installed on-site over a single-level post-tensioned podium and foundation. The first level podium contains retail and parking for the apartment residents. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The multifamily modular apartments were designed, factory- and site-built by Impact Housing US LLC and is nearing end of construction. The render of the project is by the Architect.
