The 7th Street Residence is a modular custom single family home in Santa Monica, CA. The 2,779 square foot two-story home was a site-built residence over a slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The single family home was designed with Living Homes and completed in 2016.
