The 3167 Market St Apartments is a modular multifamily apartment in San Diego, CA, housing 34 units. The five-story apartments are factory-built units placed and installed on-site over a stem wall foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The multifamily modular apartments were designed, factory- and site-built by Impact Housing US LLC and was completed in 2023.
