The Sioux YMCA Volunteer Housing project consists of a single-story facility at the Cheyenne River Reservation in South Dakota, of a 2,800 square-foot staff/great room building and a 2,800 square-foot bunk house building. The design contains (4) modules fabricated off-site, and then installed on-site over concrete stem wall foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The modular YMCA Volunteer building was designed with architect Superior Homes, LLC., and completed in 2018. The photos are from GoogleEarth.
