The Lake Murray Village Mixed Use project consists of seven buildings containing two- to five-plex residential units, and then a commercial building, trash enclosure, light pole footings, vehicle gates, CMU retaining walls on site, and a site property line shotcrete retaining walls. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The mixed use housing village was designed with architect Carrier Johnson + Culture, built by Cannon Constructors, and completed in 2019.
