The El Camino Real is a multi family apartment in Palo Alto, CA. The project contains two-stories of eight total residential units over a single-story retail shop and garage all over slab on grade foundation. There is also a steel solar panel canopy, steel shading canopy, steel columns at cantilevers, using steel moment frames. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The Mixed Use residential and retail building was designed with architect Hayes Group, Inc., built by MSJ Construction, and completed in 2014. Photos are from GoogleEarth.
